I have done 5 Move-In Certified Inspections within the last 30 days and 3 of them sold within 2 weeks. 2 to go! Good feedback from Realtors. I am doing a Realtor presentation next month. Does anyone have a power point already developed? If not, perhaps I can create one and share.
