Ya know, I finally found an article that I thought was good enough for marketing purposes and it was written by a dope.

I agree... good article. (Submitted in 2007). I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he is an ex-member that forgot to remove the logo, until I realized that it is the new verified logo he is displaying.

Did I mention he in is Kansas City? (For those who care).

How do I choose a Home Inspector?
Call them up and ask about their credentials and experience. At a minimum they should belong to a National Organization like NACHI™, ASHI™, or NAHI™. Make sure you are made to feel comfortable asking questions of the inspector and the firm because if you don't, you won't feel comfortable asking questions at the inspection.
