Default Really Good Article

Here is an article which directly points out what MIC does.

Maybe use this article as a marketing tool?

Interesting...

The author has the InterNachi Logo/Certify on his website...
and the "Intro" to his website states his "Honesty" and "Professionalism...

But...

Certification Status: Invalid (no such member)Click to Verify... He is not a member !!!

I agree... good article. (Submitted in 2007). I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he is an ex-member that forgot to remove the logo, until I realized that it is the new verified logo he is displaying.

Did I mention he in is Kansas City? (For those who care).

This is from his website!!!!

How do I choose a Home Inspector?

Call them up and ask about their credentials and experience. At a minimum they should belong to a National Organization like NACHI™, ASHI™, or NAHI™. Make sure you are made to feel comfortable asking questions of the inspector and the firm because if you don't, you won't feel comfortable asking questions at the inspection. You must feel that the inspector is trustworthy, qualified, experienced and attentive of your needs.
