Doesn't mention any thing about under sink or pool applications which are not even close to the original intent and use......they are just calling it a hartford loop for lack of a name they couldn't supply and call it!! Guess you could call any inverted U piping a Hartford loop........not!!!

I appreciate that these videos are provided free of charge to all without commercial exploitation (yet) and raise occasional questions, such as the 2-wire outlet in the metal box. Kenton, the tester only reads grounded if they used metal conduit if I'm not mistaken.

For Bob E. - thought you were more computer savvy. Just click anywhere on the green time bar and watch that section of the video. I skip back and forth to reduce boredom.
