A comprehensive HERS Rating is the most in-depth performance energy audit that can be done on an existing home.
The video is only 30 minutes in length. You'll see - what an HERS Rater inspects is on the standard checklist of an InterNACHI inspector. Last edited by bgromicko; 2/14/11 at 7:55 AM..
