There's a new blog post on RealMatcher:

In some areas of the country, these contractors are posing as home inspectors and are using the home inspection as a means of generating work for themselves. Instead of preparing job bids, they are providing "inspection reports" that are highlighting those areas that they are qualified to repair...and offering their services to do the work.
