There's a new blog post on RealMatcher:

Many of the houses on the market, today, have been reposessed by banks due to foreclosure and every potential buyer can be assured that the previous owner of the home...long before they stopped making their mortgage payments...stopped putting money into the important and necessary maintenance of the home.
