If you’re dedicated and ready to work for an organization that cares about you, we have openings for inspectors in the Orlando, Tampa and South Florida areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Arriving to inspections on time
- Performing our 500 point inspection with integrity and thoroughness
- Greeting and explaining issues that were seen with the future home buyers
- Establishing relationships with Real Estate Agents to generate more inspections for future referrals
- Typing the reports, using the easy to use software and emailing them to the clients and the clients’ agent.
- Must have access to the internet
Educational Requirements:
- Must have completed the Florida Licensing 120 Hour course
- Must have taken and passed the Florida State exam
- Must have prior construction experience or inspection experience
- Contractor license/Structural Engineer License Optional
- License in any construction trade Optional
