Travel to recently built or previously owned homes, town homes and condominiums which are examined by a team, from top to bottom in Brevard and Indian River Counties. This would include checking roofs, crawlspaces, electrical systems, plumbing systems, air conditioning and all other components of a home. You will be required to write an evaluation of the condition of the home and verbally communicate it to the clients.
A candidate will have computer knowledge and skills, knowledge of construction, customer service skills and maintain a professional, clean appearance and presence. Must be physically fit with the ability to work in attics, on roofs and in crawlspaces. Specific training will be provided.
