I did a quick search for termite inspectors, pest and insect companies in Houston/Humble. I have a few situations I need taken care of:

1. I need a termite inspection and treatment for roaches for a house I bought in Kingwood last week. It is a 1.5 story, 1755 SF on a slab. This house has to be taken care of first, there are too many roaches.

2. I need another termite inspection for a house I bought three weeks ago in Cleveland, TX. It is a 1-story, about 1100SF pier and beam.

Let me know:
how much each job will cost,
how soon you can get out to the houses,
if you accept credit cards,
if you guarantee your work
and if the roaches, rodents, etc. come back what you do to take care of them and if there is an additional charge or not.
