Any suggestions for health insurance? My plan is pulling out of Texas.

After looking long & hard 18 months ago I selected Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas . It's not cheap but I've been happy with the coverage so far. If Unicare is your provider it looks like they will be offering a transition to Blue Cross/Blue Shield products in Illinois, maybe they will in Texas as well. For what it's worth I had Unicare prior to BCBSTX.

I have had BCBS of Texas for several years. The cost for my individual policy is less than it would be to ad me to my wife's company coverage (indication that her company's coverage sucks and is expensive.) I have been happy with the coverage and service. So far the premium has made reasonable increases every year.
Found the policy through an independent insurance agent / company - insurancemakesmesick.com - they are local to our area John. Kevin Weiss Professional Inspector Infrared Imaging Specialist www.AbsoluteInspections.net Absolute Inspections, LLC 972-463-0887 |
