Default Lawyer
Does anyone have a good lawyer they keep on retainer? Just want to be prepared if that day ever comes.

Just keep Joe Ferry's number handy. Not sure if any keep an attorney "on retainer".

Joe is a member, VERY familiar with Home Inspector issues and is a pitbull when it comes to defending his clients.

Stephen,
Just spoke with Joe. His retainer fees are $500 for the yr. or $290 hr for his services if not on retainer. Seems to be a fair price considering it is a business expense. Thanks for the name.
