Need Texas Coastal Inspectors

Looking for Texas coast area inspectors.
Range/Area: Up to 3 counties deep from coast.
Need to be code certified (residential combination).
Building inspector certification will be considered.
Prefer home building experience.
Independent inspectors only.
Not for resale real estate inspections but for existing scattered properties.
Litigation experience is a plus.
