New TREC SOP Commentary

The TREC Inspectors Committee has been promising to develop a Commentary to further explain their rationale behind many of the new SOP line items. Here is a 1st pass, very rough draft of that Commentary. It's long, it's dry, it's boring and it's bound to be controversial. Share your thoughts.

Sure, no problem George. The more Texas HI's participate in the development of our rules and laws the better. I encourage you to read those commentary topics and let your questions, concerns, support or whatever be known. Remember that the Commentary, at least, is a work in progress and can be influenced by our ideas. The new SOP, well that's a done deal at least for now.
