The notification may be in error. Statute allows 30 days and Rule 10. TREC has just become aware of their error and I suspect will make a change. I understand TREC is going to penalize themselves big time for this error then recover the expense through the license fee.

Point is notify TREC of your address change. Check your data on line to make sure you are up to date.
