Jeff, pricing according to demographics has been around forever. Take identical homes and put them in different neighborhoods and the prices will be different. Just saying by knowing your clients situation you can be more informed when it comes to setting a price for that client. I think we all deserve top dollar but there are times I will work with a client that I know may not be able to pay quite as much. It may be the difference between getting the job or not.

And I do take it personal. I'm not a sleazy business man I am very well respected in my area.
