Default Re: Mold Tenant Disclosures
Mold may be gold as an inspector, but it's he11 as a landlord or seller. If there are any other inspectors out there who double as landlord investors, here's a mold tenant disclosure, and I'm interested if anyone has any stories about how they've handled tenants who think they have a mold problem in the rental property.
