Just heard from an agent today that Citizen’s will no longer accept paid receipts to prove repairs listed on a 4 point inspection have been made due to rampant fraud.
They are now requiring a new 4 point inspection afte repairs were made.
Anyone else heard this?

I always get the call to re inspect.
One of the reasons I hate them.
I do my job and it costs the clients additional money
Same. Sometimes, I will except pics from the client (depending on the deficiency).
