Default Final public hearing on Wind Mitigation Form on December 6, 2011.
Attached is a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing regarding 69O-170.0155 that was submitted for publication and will appear in the FAW on October 28, 2011. Also included is a copy of the draft 1802 form to be discussed :

DATE AND TIME: December 6, 2011, during a regular meeting of the Financial Services Commission.
PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida
