fl statue 468.8323
I am wondering if this status will begin to bring problem i see already that i am being questioned on faucets and valves being at the end or near there service life as they are trying to using this to lower the sale price and is becoming a problem.
The agent gets upset and tells you to stop killing there deal.
How do you prevent this as i am seeing that it has begun and those that report on the statue requirements will start to see this as a problem as we must now report on all inspected components that are near the service life. ( is there a list of what component are not required ? ) plus you now have to give them of why or how the component is deficient or near the end of its service life.
