Home Inspection company seeking charismatic individual for Real Estate home inspections. Knowledge in construction or general home (roof, structure, pool, A/C, plumbing) is required. On-site training will be provided. We work as a team inspecting homes for real estate and insurance (Home Inspections (for sale transactions), Wind Mitigations, 4 Point Inspections, Mold Inspections, etc). We are looking for another team member. The job is physically demanding and requires a lot of physical activity including the use of ladders and long periods of standing while inspecting interior and exterior of homes or condos. Ideal candidate will have great knowledge of houses, construction defects, great interpersonal skills, smart, neat appearance, good computer skills, punctual.
Job Requirements Include:
-Use of Computer and Tablet
-Take photographs
-Setup Ladders
Individual must have his/her own vehicle (although inspections are performed with company vehicle), speak English fluently, be flexible with hours and have the ability to problem solve and work well on their own and with others.
