It sure is good to live on an island
 My neighbor gave me a small amount of the fish he caught tonight. I had to run out and buy a new vacuum sealer Guess the type. I showed up with a gallon ziploc bag but had to ride home on the tailgate of the suburban

Nope. That was just a little piece. It was cut pretty well in fact only one side kind of tapered off. I did worse steaking it as my knife I would have normally used could not be found. I will likely have about 3 big or 4 large servings per slice about 1 and 1/2 inch thick.

It takes about 45 to 50 minutes to the inlet but you must idle most of the way. It gets blue pretty quickly off of Ft. Laud.
