As I said, first to pass it and take it. Those who wrote it don't matter and did not obtain the certificate before me. Nice try.

To tell you the truth I think I had a hand in what used to be the final course. I believe but am not 100% sure I found a terrible error in it and contacted Ben to fix it.

Could have been another course, if by any slim chance I am mistaken on the error part.

Are you referring to an updated course?

Just because someone says so in a course does not make it so.
There are a great many conflicting opinions in the courses and a great many who write and teach them have never done one.

I am not implying that you fall under that category as I know you do have actual experience.

Meeker provides all the services you may want or need and gives you the opportunity to save money my doing what is required by you yourself and not having to pay someone else to do it. Meeker was the first person to take and pass InterNACHI's wind mitigation inspection course. Meeker also has a great number of extremely happy customers. The only people that whine about meeker are fools and pussies that get pushed around by insurance companies. If you hire Meeker you will be sure he will go to bat for you and give you a great deal. I feel that halstead has commited slander because I do offer those services for a price. He is a liar. I would not trust him as far as I could toss him.
We do not rip anyone off. We are not liars. We provide a service to our customers. They are grateful that they do not have to do any leg work.

Do I smell another fella trying to get his wording right? rr? gOOD FINAL DECISION TO HOLD BACK. yOU DON'T WANT THE BAD PRESS. damn cap button.

What I provide is always discussed with my clients in advance. That is why you see no complaints from customers anywhere. They know in advance what services I provide and what information is their responsibility to obtain. Precisely why I have drafted a contract spelling out my responsibilities and theirs. The more I hear you folks talk crap the more I know the contract avoids confusion.

I guess everyone went to sleep

Well, the sun will come up tomorrow. We can play again then.

Is that why you complain that you don't get paid or have to run to the bank to cash a check?

I do all the leg work for my clients because I feel it is what I am being paid to do. Five minutes on the phone or online to get some needed documents, or a simple request to have certain documents at the inspection, doesn't seem to be much work for twice the money you charge, according to your website.

Then again, I do more research on the properties I inspect than most, before I even go to the home.

Yes there will be an updated course. I am sure Ben will want you to check it for errors, I know I would appreciate it. That is one of the great things about InterNachi, constant improvement.
