Clearance letters are part of the MOLD ASSESSORS license. If you don't know how to do one, I think that just sending an example is well, not really educating you. Read IICRC S500 and IICRCS520 and then ensure the remediation company did what was specified to ensure the remediation was properly remediated.

Are you writing protocols for remediation? If not then that is another part of your job you are missing. Remediation companies don't write protocols, we do and then the clerance letter is to ensure they did what we said and re-test for air quality proof...

I know a chiropractor in Colorado that also has a Florida mold assessor license and no experience, thought it would "good to get".

Copy someone's report, copy someone's advertising, why not copy somone's clearance.
