Default Mold Inspection
Heres the question. I'm IAC2 certified. I don't as a rule pursue the mold side of the inspection business but have had a job fall in my lap. Can I as a Florida Licensed, IAC2 cert, inspector do a visual inspection for mold and report as such? I have made it clear no sampling will be done. I'm not mold licensed in anyway other than the Nachi courses.
