The more you give the more the insurance companies expect and demand.
It is my opinion you are doing a disservice to homeowners and others who perform inspections.

The information is not requested and should not be included.

That is all I will say about it. As I said before I know you will not change your opinion and I will not beat my head against a wall trying to get you to see the light.

Go get em. Have fun.

I disagree with your theory when it comes to insurance inspections. Home inspections yes as that helps the clients.

What is the difference? And why do you care if it helps or hurts your cleints?

Your train of thought and others like you is why the insurance companies keep demanding more and more. Because folks like you keep giving.

Does the phrase "banging your head into a brick wall" sound familiar?
If you do not fill out the form properly, someone else will. The more information you provide, the less chance your report is going to be questioned. And if it is, the lessor chance it will be rejected.

Do what you like because I know there is no changing your mind. So I will not bother to try.

That is one of the smartest things you have posted.

Woo hoo just booked another for $150 new form on Wed.

Lets keep these prices up there

Yes I know some of you won't go so terribly low as me so you just do whatever you wish.

For you that do go lower and much lower it does appear like folks will pay at least $150 for the time being.

Stay strong and don't be a slave and good luck to you all.
