That's one, what about this:
Where did I say anywhere that what you were or were not doing was dishonest? |

I can confirm that Trish is a real person involved with inspections. Her and Brad worked with us during MSFH.
Trish, when inspectors are having trouble being paid the last thing they want to hear is suck it up its not so bad. There have been many people involved with many inspection programs. If you could prove that they were aware of the results of the study and continued to wrongfully take payments when they knew other discounts should have been applied, that is fraud. I think, he may be able to file a Freedom of Information Act request for the insurance companies records and notes as to what went into the form. Since John has a blog, he may be able to do it as a member of the "media". |

I just got off of the phone with a gentlemen who is sending me his wind mit. One inspector said it was a hip roof. A second inspector said it was a hip roof, then, the second inspector changed the form to non-hip.
The gentlemen in question also sent in a detailed request to the OiR for an explanation. |

One thing great about this message board is you can search for "Rowan" and find many posts pointing him out to be a crook.
The sad part is that some many inspectors did not listen. Was it greed or just stupidity? I have said this many times over the years and it still holds true today, "Off with Rowan's head". Inspectors cannot count on other inspectors to get rid of the con-artists in our industry, all honest inspectors need to get involved to insure it is done. Con-artists cannot survive when there are shear numbers against them. I wish all you Florida inspectors good luck in your fight.
