We have over 30 RSVP's so far. We have also set up the "4 point 0" Charity to assist those in need of upgrades.

Our speaker is a local real estate agent who's topic is "Why we hire you, why we keep hiring you, and why we finally let you go."

We will also go over the new Wind Mit form. Everyone is invited, includes dinner.

Bring lots of business cards and a copy of the wind mit form.

As this being are 2nd meeting only, I got to say it went pretty good. We still have some things to iron out but all and all as one of the greeter's it can only get better.

The 2nd meeting went very well. We had 33 attendees and our speaker, Jamie Everett of Re/Max Realtec Group, Inc., helped us understand what Real Estate agents expect from Home Inspectors.

Our next meeting will be in Tampa on March 8th and our Speaker will be attorney Sean Cronin who will help us understand the legal aspects of home inspections. More details coming soon.

We had a 50/50 drawing with the proceeds going to our newly formed "4 Point 0" charity.
