Default Things that make you go Hmmm
Had two of these this week. I have seen it before but I just thought I'd ask what reccomendations you might make?

Nah, that's why I posted it here on the FLORIDA section, guys from WI wouldn't get that the water main is buried 16" deep (if your'e lucky). This is the meter box the water piping is about 10" down and the tree is kinda in the way. Being the wise *** I am I considered commenting about how it was protected by wood conduit for approx. 1 foot from the meter.
