My guess is that all the previous Management Vendors that were working under Inspection Depot will now be out of the program by choice ---- Any individual that previously worked as a Field Inspector for these Management Vendors at $50 - $55 can now work directly for Inspection Depot for $85/inspection. Essentially, the need for the middle man has been elliminated. Management Vendors were only receiving $85 per inspection, and sub contracting the work out at $50-$55/inspection -- hence there was a profit. The profit is now gone ------ The independent inspector (with a contractors license) can now get on board and make a reasonable fee for the pain in the butt re-inspection --- as opposed to before.

Bruce,
Thank you for taking the time of looking up information about me and posting it on this forum. I am not sure of the purpose of it though.

Thomas Enterprising is an inspection company that I own and it employees inspectors. In addition we provide services individuals cannot provide.

I hope this helps to clarify things for you.

Individuals have always been able to onboard with the program. The previous contract paid $95 / inspection and the new contract pays $85 / inspection. There are many other differences this year.

Also insurance adjusters are allowed to be inspectors this year.

My researching you is something I do about anyone or anything I may be interested in or interested for other friends. It is the successful business man in me, sorry if you thought it out of place.

Good guy not withstanding, I am not in business to guarantee that Thomas earns a profit off the backs of independent home inspectors because of an incompetent bid, are you?

AGREED
