Every insurer has to post the potential discounts in the policy docs. Notice the clip credit is much larger than the hip credit?
I even seen People’s Trust and United Property and Casualty’s send this info out too. Its a good idea, Lets the homeowner’s know what kinda credits they can get by protecting their homes.
I believe you are MUCH better off letting them discuss their discounts with their Agents. What do you have to gain by trying to know what will happen. What if you are wrong? Then you have a pissed client. Leave it to the agents and NO CHANCE of client being pissed at you for being wrong.
