Nick,
Under course Objective, it referes to the old form dated Feb-01, but under the form it shows the new form. Might consider changing the date in the course objective to the Jan-12 date; I assume the training is for the new form.

I just took the exam again, some of the answers are wrong I only got a 96 on it.
