What flashing? Don't see one.
Pitty the poor guy that will have to replace the shingles in a few years. Is that faux stone or real stone? Any weeps? Wonder what is holding it up? LEED Green Associates InachiAwardsPortal: Inachi US Member of the Year Award 2009 |

Its not when it will leak.
Its that the contractors poor construction knowledge and standards. It all needs to be redone and done right by todays building standards, practices and code requirements, period. Dave Brice CHI |

Call out lack of visible flashing, tell why it's a problem and move on.

I agree with Kenton. But shingle flashing could be cut in and a counter flashing cut in with a reglet if the stone is secure enough to take the grinder. The siding will be tougher. Did you see a "J" Chanel behind the stone. Too late to change that report I just looked at the date.lol
