What kind of shingles are these

I saw these shingles and have not seen them before. The pattern is not regularly seen in the neighborhood I was in.

I wanted to do some searching for additional information about them if someone could point me in the right direction.

T-Locs. 1/2 the houses here have them. Great in the wind. Hard to install corretly.
