Hey Brian, I am a little confused. I was reading down through the post about "On site vs Later" and one of your post said with practice you now do 99% of your reports on site and then several post later you said that you tell clients why Home Inspectors do not do on site reports. So, do you do on site or later and which do you think is best????? Confused Grover
