    Part 3:
Gary also spammed every InterNACHI member after he had obtained a copy of the entire InterNACHI mailing list. Gary, being the unbelievable idiot that he is, admitted to me that he had obtained it illegally. Not only did he steal my software from me but he use MY ADVERTISING COPY in his spam. I was getting calls and e-mails from inspectors who thought the e-mails came from me.

I realize that censoring the InterNACHI message board and the ousting a member is not a decision to be made lightly. I know there have been ex-members banished for far lesser reasons. I am requesting that you ban Gary from the message board and oust him from InterNACHI.

I would also like the names of recipients of the Daily Door Prize who received copies of software from Gary. You can contact them for verification that Gary had stolen my intellectual property. I would very much appreciate your support with this matter.

    Take care, George

    Part 2:
Gary has recently been posting messages on the message board again. I was surprised to see that he is an InterNACHI member. He is a criminal and a disgrace to the entire home inspection industry. If you look at his messages, it is obvious that his messages lack substance. He is doing it for the exposure. Even if his messages did contribute something, he should not be allowed to promote software that he is selling as his own when it fact it is derived from the hard work of others. At one time, I had obtained a copy of the software Gary was selling. When I opened it, I was looking at MY pre-inspection agreement – VERBATIM! The only thing he changed was my copyright notice; which, of course, was not there.

    Part 1.
You may recall that a while ago a new inspector, Gary Rowden, had purchased a copy of my inspection software, reworked it slightly and started selling it as his own. He went to far as to give away several copies through the InterNACHI message board. He was also selling the reports on eBay. I was successful in shutting him down once on eBay. He later came back with a different name. We never pursued him legally because it wasn’t worth the time and expense.

    Hi Dominic,

I sent the following e-mail to Nick and others. I would have copied you but did not have your e-mail address at hand. I would appreciate your support in this matter. What happened to me can happen to any of us.

    Take care, George
