Greg, I have a request from a client that has a multifamily building and is building another house in the Sarasota area. I know you're on the East Coast, but I have no idea which inspector out of the 3174 NACHI members (most of whom don't list themselves as home inspectors) are worth crap and my client is asking for an inspection referral.

Would you, or do you know of someone you would trust to handle this account?

This guy is very peculiar, extremely knowledgeable and will call you on the carpet in a heartbeat if you are incorrect. It's he has no limitations on financing or time and he will eat up 95% of your 6000 Florida home inspectors…

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I haven't had any experience with them. I was using American Home Warranty through the Brinks program. But they have stopped offering their warranty in Florida.
