I had a person email me about doing a phased inspection and Radon Test in Fort Mill SC. I am not licensed in SC however if you are interested I would be willing to come to the Radon and tag along as a GC consultant to answer any question you may have about the construction of the home. Let me know if you are interested. I really don't want to get my SC HI license but it seems I keep getting calls to do inspections in SC.

From what I understand the house is under construction; slab; 2050 heated square feet. Individual is asking price.

I typically charge $425 and up for a phased inspection plus any ancillary inspections that I drum up.

If you are interested I would simply ride my motorcycle down there and meet you at a designated location.

He is wanting it by 5/25/10.

I am waiting to get more clarification on what he actually wants. I think the client is Korean.......he may also be price shopping also.
