Hi james, hows everything going down there? Picked up alittle here the past two weeks, but still slow. I had a shopper the other day for a condo but didnt book. After reading some posts on inachi about condo pre-agreement contracts got me thinking about the HOA and disclaimers. I dont have one for that. I used my regular one. I would like to compose one for condos only but I'm not to sure about verbage. Would you mind giving me some advise on this? Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
