I am just starting out as a home inspector after 30 years experience as a residential construction superintendent. Are there any home inspection forms/software that someone could recommend that is reasonably priced and professional? Also can anybody recommend an E&O carrier that is reasonable with policy limits in Pennsylvania. Last but not least, Is there a formula for pricing inspections? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
