The visual home inspection is such that if an upgrade has been done, it should have been done according to code and by a qualified person. We as home inspectors inspect for security and must raise a red flag and propose a professionnal opinion to our clients if we notice something is wrong. Hope this answers your question. MA

Hi, Question on a 4 point about electrical upgrade. how do you answer the question on electrical upgrade on behalf of the homeowner or do you go further about getting the inforamtion Permit # etc.? Thanks
