Mark,
I wanted to keep this one discreet as I know "newbie" questions tend to draw some unwanted responses.
I'm at the point that I'm ready to roll. I've completed all the requisite
NACHI criteria and have attended a Home Inspection course through a local real estate school.
I'm going to complete my license work tomorrow and have my tools in order.
The question I have is, once I've made contact with a potential client, do I simply need to provide them with the contract to review and sign, and/or copies of
SOP and COE before the inspection?
This is taking into consideration of course pricing and scope has been discussed and is understood and agreed upon.
I know I'm going to stumble a bit before it flows, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
J.D.
