You cannot stop the licensing bill. It is law. It has already been passed. It will not be repealed. If everyone would have stopped the fighting in 2003 we would have had a bill that we could have lived with. Now the state is going to shove it down our throats and we are going to have to abide by the law. Like it or not, licensing is here to stay.
