Russ, It was nice to share a beer at the meeting and get the brain in gear. I have been thinking about an article for the paper but have not been able to finalize anything. My wife has developed an infection after surgery and it has consumed all my time. When things settle down I will get in touch. I have been reading some realtor pieces and not one has mentioned Inspectors. Go figure
