Read a post from you about FHA inspections. We've been doing phase inspections for builders for some time, but we just got a call for phase inspections for several multi-family units (2-unit townhomes) that require HUD compliance. We have other inspection requirements on top of the HUD requirements that I fully understand, it's the HUD part that I need help with! I am a "FHA inspector", although I have not done any. I've read through the required info on the HUD site, but I cannot seem to locate info on what, if any, HUD forms are required by me for new construction that all inspections will be done by me, 7 in total!? Form 92051 seems to be the only one that applies, but I'm not sure if it's necessary? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
