Those of us on the licensing board have not been dozing. I was, over the weekend, in contact with Senator Spanel, who is retired now but was the primary sponsor of this bill. Mike O' Handley was in frequent contact with DOL. We realize that people need answers. The following verbage is now at the DOL website. This language, from what Mike tells me, is what DOL staff agree is correct. For the record, Senator Spanel who was in contact with me CONFIRMED that this is what was intended. Please read this.
