Hi there. My wife and I are tired of the cold North and one of the places we are looking at is the Tampa area. Is there any information you can tell us about the Northern part of Tampa. I'm mainly looking for quality of living, how hot is hot during the summer, what is crime like on the North and East side of Tampa. We are heading your way late January but we are not looking at moving for another 2 to 3 years. Kevin
