I have been involved with insurance incpections lately and have not had time to follow up on any other issues. I did place the ad and hope responses start trickeling in soon. Lord knows I need to do something. I only wish home owners could understand the concept we are pushing. It is so sad when you consider this is one of the good things offered and they just look right past it.

Hey Timothy, So did you do the "AD'S" did they help? It will take a couple of weeks to get the word out. On another note I left with Mr. Young. I told him to come back to the forum and stick to his guns " so to speak". Any thoughts?

I have found that there is a misconception with home buyers. I mean that the local Realtors here are not pushing our HI's as much as I would like to see. Of course I would like to inspect a lot of homes. But the Realtors are pushing "waivers" for the inspections. This way they speed up the sale. Essentially the client's the buyers are buying "as is". Not a good thing. I have found that a small ad in the real estate secton of the local newpaper has helped. "DON'T BUY A HOME WITHOUT A HOME INSPECTION", " Buying a home? "Don't buy a money pit" Call us for an appointment ECT. simple and to the point. This has generated more intrest than I had before. Good luck.
