Don't forget. When the filters are all put in place to keep non-members from pointing out the defects, it does not mean that they are gone. You..and other NACHI members...have a duty to the association to put them in your report. Like the inspectors in bed with realtors, those in bed with Nick will always try to soften the report...and the world sees this, just as they see the integrity of the inspector who will call it like it is.
