Thank You’s/Apologies

(Sent to Client’s/Buyer/Realtors after Inspection/Service, apologies are sent if we are unable to schedule/accommodate them)

The charge for my services is a rate of $200.00—$300.00 a week (depending on how busy your phone is) . All office supplies (Ink Cartridges, copy paper, disks, and postage) is included in the amount above. The services are available to you seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day with the exception of the following Holidays the office will be closed, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

This is how my services work:

Answering Service, your office phone would be forwarded to my telephone. (I answer the phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week).

Scheduling, you let me know what days you are off and how many inspections/service calls a day you want me to schedule. At the end of everyday I either fax or e-mail you the inspections/service calls I took and when they are scheduled.

Thank you’s and apologies, I send out Thank you’s to agents/clients whom we did a inspection/service for and for the agents/clients we were unable to accommodate I sent out an apology letter.

As stated above I take calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The rate includes all office supplies, postage, etc.
