InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc., has just received a full license to develop its own residential home energy calculator - called the Home Energy Inspection Tool.

The InterNACHI Energy Savings Report Tool is based upon the the Home Energy Saver tool. The Home Energy Saver (HES-Pro) is a web-based residential energy calculator developed by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
